Returns & Refund Policy-----
At Improving Health, your satisfaction is our #1 concern. Our GOAL is to keep you Happy and Healthy. If you feel that our products do not meet your needs or if you are unhappy with them for any reason, you are protected by your 60 day (from the date of delivery) Money Back Guarantee. All you have to do is return the bottle(s) and any unused portion to us and we will refund your full purchase price with no questions asked.
Please follow these steps when requesting a return:
- Email us at [email protected] to inform us of your desire to request a refund.
- In the email, please include the following information that was used when you placed your order:
- First and Last Name
- Email address
- Shipping address including City, State and Zip code
- Order number
- Products you wish to return
- Quantity of bottles to be returned.
- Within 1 - 2 business days, M-F 8 am to 5 pm CST, your will receive an email acknowledging your refund request. The email will contain a our return address and a return confirmation number.
- Return any unused portion and/or any empty bottles to the address provided along with your original order number and our return confirmation number.
- It is your responsibility to pay the return postage. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and confirmation numbers for verification purposes. Note: we must receive your returned items either within 60 days of the original date you received your original order or within 2 weeks of receiving our return acknowledgement email, whichever is longer.
- Once all of your bottles and/or unused portions are received, we will initiate 100% reimbursement of your original purchase price, excluding shipping costs, to your original purchase source within 2 business days. Keep in mind, it may take a couple of extra days after we initiate the refund before seeing the funds in your account based on credit card companies and the banking system.
